Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge fees for your services?
No. If we decide to work together, I am paid a one-time commission from the company that we decide is right for you. Nothing comes out of your pocket or the money that is transferred to the annuity company we choose to work with. 100% of your money starts working for you on day 1.
How do I know you won’t product push or try to sell me the product that pays you the most commission?
Unlike typical advisors in the financial world, I actually have to justify why I recommended a product or strategy to you. Whatever company we decide to work with will ask for verification that their product is best suited for you.
How will I know that what you recommend is the best product for my situation?
I use 3rd party software that compares all of the top companies right next to each other to verify their annuities are the best fit for you.
Do you only recommend annuities for income strategies?
No. If you have plenty of income to cover all your living expenses in retirement, and you are looking to protect and grow your money, then we would look at a totally different approach to income planning utilizing the talents of one of our Fiduciary Advisor on staff.
How much money do I need to get started?
That is going to be different for every individual. It really depends on how much you want, or how much you need. However, it’s been my experience that if you do not have at least $150,000 total saved for retirement, it’s going to be difficult to develop any type of meaningful income strategy.
But we also offer 3-year annuities that have a guaranteed fixed rate of return for $50,000 and up.
Will you pressure me into doing business with you?
No! – I will present the three best options based on your needs. It’s your money and you will make the decision. I don’t sell products I offer solutions to client’s needs. And no, I’m not going to chase you for a sale. If you don’t care about improving your financial status and income. Neither do I.
